SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION. SBA website is a treasure trove of information and assistance. It's loaded with general business management help, plus tons of technical assistance. Here's a government site that really aims to help. Even has free sample business plans to download.
	BUSINESS RESEARCH, REFERENCE. The JJ Hill Reference Library is one of the preeminent business reference libraries in the country. Access the kind of serious research and information that you need to make sound decisions and stay informed about your industry. You're not likely to find this kind of stuff searching the likes of Google and Yahoo. Bonus: the people are great.
	EMAIL NEWSLETTERS. This is the best resource I've seen or used publishing an e-zine or email newsletter, and well worth even the higher price. Get Boost Business With Your Own E-zine by Alexandria K. Brown. The "E-zine Queen," lays it all out from what software to use to how wide your text can be. Very readable and understandable.  I use it and highly recommend it. Subscribe to her free weekly email newsletter.
	BUSINESS PLANNING.  Business Plan Pro 2008 is the latest, greatest version of the leading software program to help you write your business plan and keep it updated over the years. I've taught entrepreneurs with it over the past seven or eight years and use it myself. Includes over 450 sample plans, step-by-step instructions. An investment in success. You'll use it for years.

	EMAIL SERVICE. I checked out lots of e-mail services when I started my e-zine, or email newsletter. Constant Contact was the simplest for me to get started on. It's proved to be a great service to work with. Lots of templates to select, and you can customize any of them to your colors and fonts. Their customer service is superb over the phone.
